Let's see, I've been busy every day at daycare. Ms. Karen told Deddy yesterday that at lunch I'm still eating long after everyone else is down & cleaned up - I just "keep eating & eating." So, Mama & Deddy never need to worry that I'm going hungry, that's for sure. I've brought home a couple of pictures that I half-way colored. Apparently, I wasn't in that much of a coloring mood - Mama said they weren't going in the "keeper" pile & I also heard her muttering something to Deddy like, "...don't look like he hardly tried?!" (apparently 2 scraggly crayon swipes don't count as art!). I did spend a lot of time on the playground this week & my sheet said we've done bible stories, heard music & danced. I've also been napping good at daycare, which means I've been quite pleasant in the evenings.
I played a lot at home this week. Mama put some batteries in this thingy again...
This toy frustrates me somewhat. I can only hold about 4 balls at a time (I'm quite the lil' hoarder), and as soon as I get them loaded up - the darn thing just shoots him across the room - not a chance of me catching them! The jury's still out on this - the pace of my old one was a lil' more my speed & level of concentration :)
Last night, Deddy gave Sae Sae a bath & we played outside for seemingly an eternity before supper - it was a lot of fun. Mama put some music on, we got out the sidewalk chalk & just had a big ol' time. I ended up with a lot of blue chalk all over me, but man, that stuff sure tastes good. I don't know why Mama gets all worked up when I stick it in my mouth. It does make me thirsty, though!
I've been quite the early riser this week - 5:30/5:45's about my wake-up time. Mama or Deddy usually come & get me after letting me moan for a few minutes (I think they're hoping I'll go back to sleep!) At any rate, the let me get in their bed with them. Deddy rolls on his side facing away from me, so I usually just plop my head right beside Mama's on her pillow and proceed to knead Deddy's back w.my feet - he calls it "rooting." They say I wiggle and woller around a lot. I'm getting the feeling that they don't love it when I'm in their bed :)
I'm looking forward to the weekend - Mama keeps saying it's BIG weekend w.nothing to do & apparently that's a good thing - she seems awfully excited :) I'm just glad to have a weekend full of Mama, Deddy, Sae Sae & even Chester...should be a lot of fun!
