Mama told me today that a friend of hers lost her Deddy yesterday. She said he was the same age as my Pappaw Worley - the friend is the same age as my Mama. Her heart is hurting for her friend for so many reasons. Like Mama, this friend seems to be a Deddy's girl - she can tell by the way she talked about him. Her friend doesn't have any children yet, but was hoping to start trying soon. This part hurts Mama the most - she can't imagine my Pappaw, my Pop Pop or Grumpaw not being here to meet, love & teach me. She says I'm doubly blessed b/c not only do I have the most wonderful Grandparents, but I have some super-special Great-Grandparents who also love me bunches.
Please keep Mama's friend, her name is Erin, in your prayers. Pray that God wraps her & her family in His loving arms. Pray that He will speak to her heart so that she knows He loves her & will take good care of her Deddy up there in Heaven.
And to all my wonderful Grandparents & Great-Grandparents....Me, Deddy & Mama all love you so dearly & count our blessings to have you as part of our lives. Mama says you can't send hugs through the computer, so just make sure to hug & love each other today...
